Director of Real Estate
To provide effective, efficient real estate service to University customers that support institutional needs. "Real estate services" relate to leasing, transactions (purchase and sales), feasibility and "highest and best use" analysis, property and asset management, and investment and portfolio management.
"University customers" include administrative and business organizations, academic and research units, senior executive management and the Board of Regents. "Institutional needs" encompass short-term "tactical", as well as long-term "strategic" needs.
