The Science & Technology Park @ UNM is owned and managed by the University of New Mexico. The Park is comprised of 163 acres, 41 of which were developed during Phase I. Phase II has commenced with the development of an additional 42 acres. Future phases will encompass approximately 80 acres. The Park was established in 1965, revived in 1988, and today consists of approximately 662,662 square feet of existing research and development, laboratory, office and mixed-use space. The tenant focus is on technology-based companies. Leasing and development options include ground leases, build-to-suit and space leases.

To link real estate opportunities with university and private industry research needs to foster economic development and stimulate research.
